How to Request Your VAT Refund

If you’re eligible for a VAT refund on vehicle repairs, please follow the steps below and ensure all requirements are met before submitting your request.

Requirements:

To qualify for a VAT refund, the following conditions must be fully satisfied:

  • The vehicle must be repaired, and a final repair invoice must be issued.
  • The invoice must cover both spare parts and labor costs.
  • The final invoice must clearly include:
    • Insurance company name
    • Vehicle plate number
    • Vehicle chassis number
    • Amana VAT Number: 300275562500003
  • The invoice must specify all parts that were replaced or modified.
  • An electronic copy of the final invoice is required.

Required Documents:

Please prepare the following before submitting your request:

  • A copy of the final repair invoice
  • Your claim number.
  • Copy of the IBAN
