Data Protection

This form allows Customer to submit an official request to exercise any of their personal data rights, such as accessing, correcting, deleting, or restricting the processing of their data. It is used to ensure that all requests are documented and processed transparently and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

Data Request Process

The response to the Customer request is subject to Amana Cooperative Insurance Company’s revision of its feasibility in line with the applicable laws, regulations and standards and Amana Cooperative Insurance Company may request further information for validation purposes.

Please note that Amana Cooperative Insurance Company may refuse to act on request when it is repetitive, manifestly unfounded, or requires disproportionate efforts, in which the Data Subject shall be notified of such reason.

Processing Time

Your request will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Security and Confidentiality

All requests from data subjects are treated with complete confidentiality and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and internal security procedures to ensure the protection of personal data.

Data Form

Customer has the right to have access to his/her personal data available to Amana Cooperative Insurance Company, which includes accessing it, and obtaining a copy thereof in a format that is clear, readable and identical to the content of the records and free of charge.
Customer has the right to request correction, completion or updating of his/her Personal data available to Amana Cooperative Insurance Company.
Customer have the right to request to destroy of his/her personal data available to Amana Cooperative Insurance Company, which is no longer needed for the purpose it was originally collected, without prejudice to the applicable law and regulations.
Customer have right to withdraw his/her consent where personal data may not be processed, or the purpose of processing is changed without the consent of the Customer
